Success Chinese is a non-profit organization created by a group of high school students that is based in Calgary, AB, CA. We provide resources and article collections to spread and promote the richness of the Chinese culture. Our organization acts as a platform for cultural exchange.

NATIVE BRANCHES

Success Chinese is a conglomerate organization comprised of multiple clubs including the SWC Chinese Club, WCHS Mahjong Club and JGDHS Chinese Club. If you are interested, we welcome you to join! After all, "众人拾柴火焰高。" - 《增广贤文》(the more people stacking the wood, the bigger the flame!)

SWC Chinese Club

Located at Sir Winston Churchill High School, the SWC Chinese Club aims to provide students with an in-person opportunity to engage in the Chinese language and culture.

Located at Western Canada High School, the WCHS Mahjong Club offers members a chance to learn and play a traditional Chinese board game, while being a part of an inclusive community.

Located at Diefenbaker High School, the JGDHS Chinese Club provides members with an enriching Chinese experience filled with numerous activities and loads of fun.

ARTICLE COLLECTIONS

We provide a diverse span of Chinese cultural posts every week on our various platforms including Discord, Instagram, and on this website. Articles will vary in genres from historical documents, literature, and non fiction to short stories made by our content creators. Always something interesting to read. (both english and chinese articles provided）

Everyone is welcome! Our goal is to create a community where all cultures are able to freely interact with each other. At the same time, we hope to promote the richness of the Chinese culture. We hope to attract more international students and have this congenial happy environment of cross cultural communication.

TEST RESOURCES

At Success Chinese, we offer an extensive selection of free resources, including IB/AP, Chinese Academy, HSK, and duolingo tests all aimed to help students succeed at their language tests. Additionally, we are thrilled to announce the forthcoming inclusion of the prestigious Gaokao exam (prep and resource), along with other ruyi based tests to help students 更上一层楼 (go on another level).
